I'm Matheus, a senior fullstack engineer. I build the parts of a product nobody notices until they break: queues, schedulers, pipelines, integrations.
I work remotely from Teófilo Otoni, Brazil, as an independent engineer for teams in the US and Europe. Most of my days are NestJS, React and AWS, with a soft spot for event-driven designs that keep slow work away from the user.
These days I'm also studying Software Engineering with Applied AI, and running my own models at home to see what actually holds up outside a demo.
